The Atlantic Suites On The Ave - Delray Beach

The pool view was lovely, but the AC was loud.

Great place for a vacation. I however picked up my wife after a misions trip overseas and the comfort with the view from the room was perfect. The ocean and beach were very nice as well. I also liked t he covered parking garage Thanks to staff all was good. Richard

Great ocean view and friendly staff, but free parking can get crowded.

We had a blast, the view was amazing, breakfast was fabulous. We will stay again. it was my daughter and me and I had family visit while we were there. Super time.

The service was great with parking off site. Location: the hotel was really close to beach and downtown, and restaurants.

Facilities were good. Loved independence of separate kitchen. Desk staff were fantastic. Whole place was friendly and helpful. Lots of good space in unit. Parking was a bonus. Would definitely recomment this.

Servicing of room was bit slow and items like shampoo and tea etc not always replaced unless specifically asked for.

No safe in room, limited breakfast items

Had a problem with malfunctioning elevator next to our hotel room, with loud banging noises from one of them when it made a stop at every floor. Very bothersome and woke us up during the night. When complained to front desk, they said it was old and going to be replaced. Also they were surprised we were not informed of this problem when checking in. Asked for some sort of restitution, and the manager gave us a $10.00 credit for our last night there. This manager never called or contacted us about the problem.

We had a really nice stay at this brand-new hotel. The staff members where super-friendly and particularly helpful. Loved our rooms with a balcony. The location was perfect and fantastic, at walking distance from Old School Square.

Cozy location, friendly staff, all options I need, including morning newspaper, free parking, tasty breakfast, nice town (I mean Delrey Beach) to have a jolly good time in the evening. Definitely, it,s worth money I paid.

I,m demanding hotel guest, but I have not to tell something bad about this facility.

We loved the spacious suite with its comfy bed, and the free parking. The pool area was great for lounging, and the beach was just a quick walk away. The only downside was a bit of noise from kids on our floor during the mornings, but overall it was a fantastic experience 🌊

I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was outstanding, and the full kitchen in my room was such a nice touch. Everything was super clean, and I was blown away by the coffee maker that even made lattes!

Nice Stay with Wonderful Views

I enjoyed a fine sunrise from my oceanfront balcony during my three-night stay. The staff was attentive, especially when they promptly delivered a blow dryer I requested. Don't miss the charming nearby restaurants. They are all within walking distance.
