Room had a nice kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom was up to date with grab rails and a raised toilet. Loved the large pool area that had a lot of seating. It was just a few blocks from the beach and easy access to local shops, which was perfect for us. Breakfast was a great variety with eggs and bacon.

The room felt fresh and had a great setup, especially with the kitchenette. Proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Breakfast options impressed me. everything tasted fresh and was replenished well. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made my mornings even better. It would be nicer to have the pool area a tad quieter, as it can get a bit lively with children and street noise. Parking was convenient, but the policy of charging for a deposit a few days early took me by surprise. I expected something different. I’d definitely come back if these little things get sorted out.

The bathroom fan was loud, and it shared a switch with the lights, making nighttime trips a challenge. There was also a noticeable noise level from nearby rooms, particularly with kids bustling around during the early hours.

I loved my stay at Atlantic Suites On The Ave. The spacious ocean-view room provided a great atmosphere, perfect for relaxation with walkability around. While the breakfast options could use some variety, the convenience of being near the beach and restaurants made the experience fulfilling.

We had an amazing time in the heart of Delray Beach! The hotel is a lovely spot just a short walk from the beach, and the beach chairs were a fantastic perk for our family. Every room has a kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals for our little one. A big shoutout to Lovelie at reception for her outstanding service!

I stayed in a King Studio with a pool view, and it was pretty spacious and quiet. Loved the full kitchen setup even if I didn’t use it much this trip. The room was clean and nicely updated. Super convenient with luggage carts available for moving my stuff around, and I had a great time lounging by the pool too.
